unfinished for field finishing.

SPECIES

FINISHES

Our standard clear lacquer finish protects while highlighting the natural characteristics of the

species. Doors may be ordered unfinished or may be factory stained and finished to match

your exact sample for color, shading and gloss of surrounding wood work, paneling or furniture.

Unfinished doors cost slightly less than standard clear lacquer and custom finishes are slightly higher.

NOTE

Due to the inherent variations of the natural color and grain of genuine wood, the finished

product may vary from samples. The samples are only intended to represent the species

and do not show the full thickness or composition of the panels.

WOODTEX®

WOOD GRAIN VINYL SELECTIONS

SCOPE

The Woodtex® wood grain vinyl collection used on the wood moldings of the Signature®

model has been developed to complement the coloration and wood grain patterns found

in the manufacture of today's furniture for both the residential and the contract market.

The specially manufactured 7 mil vinyl is a superior construction of 4 mil base color vinyl

which is top printed from cylinders engraved with the latest technology, assuring high fidelity

wood grain reproduction. The printed film is then "locked-in" with a layer of 3 mil clear vinyl.

This same construction is used in the manufacture of quality vinyl flooring. The printed film

is then embossed with a wood grain ticking cylinder that imparts thesurface texture of fine wood.

FIRE RESISTANCE

Woodtex® wood grain vinyl has been tested for fire hazard classification in accordance with

ASTM E-84 Tunnel Test Method (Surface Burning Characteristics of Building Materials

with the following results:

Flame Spread............................13*

Fuel Contributed........................10

Smoke Developed.......................3

*NOTE: The numerical flame spread rating and other test results referenced herein

are not intended to reflect hazards presented by this or any other materials

under actual fire conditions.

MAINTENANCE

Woodtex® is top-coated with a tough, clear vinyl laminate for outstanding durability.

A damp sponge or cloth is usually all that is needed for cleaning.
