VINYL HINGE COLOR SELECTIONS

SCOPE

Panelfold extrudes these handsome, colorful, dual wall vinyl hinges to harmonize or

contrast with the color of the surfacing material you choose for your Scale/4®,

Scale/6®, Scale/8®, Scale/12® and Sonicwal® folding doors and folding partitions.

The following standard color combinations will be used in product fabrication on

orders that do not list a specific hinge color choice. These color combinations are

only a guide. You may specify any combination of hinge color on your order.

DESIGN BENEFITS

The special Memory-Action® design of the Panelfold vinyl hinge aligns the panels equally,

sealing out unwanted sound, light and air. Hinges are securely locked into routed panel edges

for additional protection of the panels from marring scrapes and blows.

TECHNICAL DATA

Flame resistant and colorfast vinyl hinges can easily be cleaned with a damp sponge or cloth.

They are equal to Massachusetts Institute of Technology 950,000 flex cycles test without

wear or deterioration. They have been used in the manufacture of Panelfold products

that are still in useful service since 1953.
